Director of Engineering

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the Platform Engineering Strategy, including storefronts and subscription services

Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-impact solutions

Drive the successful delivery of cross-platform projects and ensure effective collaboration across global teams

Qualifications

BS or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience in commerce, fintech, or digital platforms, with at least 7 years in engineering leadership roles

Proven expertise in commerce platforms, digital storefronts, and account management

Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures and microservices

Experience optimizing acquisition technology stacks and familiarity with compliance standards
