Description
York Solutions is hiring a remote Technical Program Manager to direct the successful delivery of software solutions for an enterprise healthcare platform.
This is a contract to hire position that is part program manager, part agile practitioner, and part process improvement engineer.
Ultimately, this role is focused on connecting people as well as simplifying interdependencies in a highly matrixed organization.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct ceremonies to connect the delivery of your platform domain (8-10 scrum teams) to the cross-domain program management of key initiatives.
- Champion agile software development methodologies by providing agile coaching, domain-level ceremonies such as scrum of scrums, demos, and retrospectives to drive incremental improvement.
- Leverage data analytics in decision making.
- Empower senior software engineers to deliver on product suite.
