Required Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Nursing (APRN or FNP) or Complete Physician Assistant program
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in the state of (Connecticut) or ability to obtain prior to start
- Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC / AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
- Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
Connecticut Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $109,513 to $147,146 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
