Assistant Project Manager - Albany Office / Empire State Plaza (239C)
Scope :
- Assist Executive Director with program management of multiple projects including : project planning, scheduling, and project controls for monitoring of various internal operations projects related to building construction.
- Project involvement will begin in the initial planning stages through completion to assure that projects meet internal and external requirements, are within cost limitations, and are completed per schedule.
Qualifications :
- Six years of experience in project planning, project scheduling, project controls and reporting, resource management, and document reading and interpretation.
- A bachelor’s degree or professional certification in a related field may be substituted for up to four years of experience.
- OSHA 30.
- Review technical work of consultants.
- Coordinate work with other disciplines.
- Confer with client agencies and contractors.
- Proficient computer skills utilizing Windows / Outlook / Word / Excel and scheduling applications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- This is an immediate long-term opportunity.*
Hourly Salary : $30.00-$45.00
