Madhive is currently seeking a Product Manager to join our RTB team. In this role, you will be tasked with iterating the capabilities, performance, and reliant services of the Madhive Bidder.
You will collaborate with client support, business development, and product management teams to design features that will deliver impactful value.
You are responsible for executing these features in a scheduled roadmap alongside a team of engineers while maintaining current business with the Bidder.
Features you and your team develop need to function harmoniously alongside other Madhive platform services for existing and prospective clients.
This position requires strategic thinking and organization ability in addition to excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities (What you'll do) :
Understand the capabilities and technical limitations of the system itself, and available engineering bandwidth to estimate and schedule feature delivery.
Develop long-term strategic features, plans, and goals to implement as a roadmap.
Within the roadmap, incorporate critical Engineering-driven initiatives that span across all Product Development teams.
Research competitive products and services to determine gaps we can close or improve upon within our own.
Align asks from various clients to proposed features and minimize development waste.
Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer success teams to drive successful product launches and to maintain a tight feedback loop.
Act as a subject matter expert on our bidder algorithms and connected supply capabilities in explaining priority and delivery to internal and external teams.
Qualifications (Who you are) :
Bachelor's Degree.
3+ years of Product Management or experience :
Working directly with DSPs / SSPs
Managing digital Advertising Campaigns
Past responsibilities with delivering features or outcomes requiring the work of multiple groups of people on a schedule.
Familiarity with TV / OTT / CTV technology strongly preferred
Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with Design & Engineering
A fast learning curve with the ability to understand our customers' needs on both a business and technical level
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, with meticulous attention to detail
Highly organized self-starter mentality.
Strong understanding of the Digital Advertising environment.
The approximate compensation range for this position is $140,000-$175,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
