- Maintain manual and computerized participant records, complete required documentation and reporting including database (ETO) input with timeliness and accuracy.
- Network with other providers to generate community resources for participants.
- Effectively partner with internal and external operations and business partners to meet the needs of employers and job-seeking participants.
- Establish / maintain relationships with targeted community groups and / or individuals to maximize interest in training programs.
- Assist participants with researching and accessing needed services including additional job training, educational supports, counseling, housing, medical services, and other support services as needed.
- Coordinate service provision with referring agencies including conducting case conferences at set intervals.
- Determine individual's need for support funds / gift certificates; help them investigate and exhaust other options before requesting funds.
- Generate productive partnerships with businesses to allow for ongoing job / internship placement of job-seeking participants.
- Monitor and follow-up with participants to enable them to find and retain employment.
- Provide / assist with coordination of job coaching and follow-up retention services for participants working competitively.
- Conduct tours of for interested potential participants as well as prospective employer partners.
- Act as the point person between different stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with services provided at all levels.
- Perform follow-up calls and visits to employers to ensure a high level of employer satisfaction.
- Plan and coordinate on-site recruitment opportunities as appropriate.
