Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in delivery marketplaces, POS systems, or restaurant / retail technology platforms is highly preferred. Opportunity to work on a high-impact initiative with executive visibility. Collaborate with multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Analytics. Shape the processes and tools that define how merchant relationships are managed and scaled. We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst Merchant Experience to join our growing team. This role is key to shaping and improving how our organization supports and engages with our restaurant and merchant partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance partner satisfaction, streamline operations, and develop scalable solutions that strengthen long-term relationships.
This is a high-visibility position , ideal for someone who enjoys connecting data, process, and people to drive measurable business outcomes.
Business Analyst Merchant Experience
📍 Location : Irving, TX (On-site)
🕓 Employment Type : 1-Year Contract (Possible Extension or Conversion)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify areas of improvement in the merchant experience and lead cross-functional initiatives to implement solutions.
- Monitor merchant satisfaction metrics and work closely with account management teams to resolve issues and improve engagement.
- Design new programs, operational playbooks, and process enhancements to elevate partner satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to develop promotional materials and partnership initiatives.
- Partner with Analytics and Product teams to define reporting standards and dashboards supporting internal and external stakeholders.
- Document requirements, processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and operational efficiency across teams.
