We are seeking a highly motivated individual to interpret and execute the security requirements of our Special Access Programs (SAP).
This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of sensitive operations and ensuring compliance with established security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Special Access Program (SAP) security requirements, including physical security, badging, and transmissions.
- Coordinate and oversee physical security activities, ensuring adherence to directives for safeguarding and handling sensitive project information.
- Review and update security plans, suggest policy enhancements, and provide input on directives submitted to customers for review, approval, and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with DoD Directive 5205.07 and related tasks, as well as understanding applicable regulations.
- Maintain familiarity with DoD Special Access Required (SAR) regulations, company policies, and specific program procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in SAP security requirements and physical security protocols.
- Understanding of DoD Directive 5205.07, including its application in secure environments.
- Familiarity with SAR regulations and processes.
- Ability to review, revise, and recommend security plans and policies.

A level 2 employee Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.
Desired skills
Bachelor’s degree
Have extensive working knowledge of ICD 705.
Have experience in DoD Special Programs, knowledge of the DoDM 5205.07, Personnel Security, Physical Security and Security Education and Training.
Be self-driven and results oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape.
Be highly organized and have advanced oral and written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
