What You Get To Do :

You will enthusiastically represent the organization by displaying a positive attitude and a high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job. This role is responsible for planning, teaching, and evaluating the implementation of Camp curriculum and program schedule while creating and maintaining a safe Camp environment. Additionally, you will :

• Responsible for supervising assigned program. These assignments may rotate based on business needs.
• Responsible for performing job duties / tasks of positions within assigned program.
• Establishes and maintains a positive atmosphere which ensures the highest level of ambassador performance and guest service while enforcing and complying with safety procedures and guidelines.
• Supervises, trains, and coaches' ambassadors while ensuring proper training and development in accordance with SEA guidelines.
• Communicates with Leadership when documentation of an Ambassador may be warranted.
• Encourage and demonstrate confidentiality and professional communication internally and with all departments that interact with the Education department.
• Accurately tracks ambassador labor to include daily scheduling.
• Complies with area opening and closing procedures and ensures all ambassadors complete tasks within a timely manner.
• Assist department in other duties as assigned.
