Shift Available :
$23 / hr Monday-Friday 11 : 00pm-7 : 00am (12 Month Contract)
What's a typical day as a Client Support Coordinator? You'll be :
- Providing exceptional customer service and following gowning and safety procedures
- Demonstrating flexibility and effective communication skills
- Maintaining highly confidential files and complying with standard record-keeping procedures
- Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner as necessary
- Receiving and interacting with incoming visitors
- Collaborating harmoniously with various levels within the organization
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Have a professional and customer service-oriented mindset
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent; pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Are proficient in using MS Office applications
- Have the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs
- Have experience in video and audio production (a plus)
- Must be ITAR compliant
