JOB SUMMARY As the On-Site Division Manager, you are responsible for all matters relating to the management of our on-site location and staff.

We are seeking an On-Site Division Manager exclusively for our opening shift, which is Monday through Friday 8 : 45 AM to 5 : 00 PM .

As we are exploring the potential to open on weekends, weekend availability from 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm is preferred as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES Train transcription employees and monitor performance output, including feedback Coordinate daily operations of the secure facility, including administering secure workstation access procedures for all transcription staff Monitor and report violations of security clean room policies, reporting violations to Facility Services Manager Assign and maintain access cards for on-site staff, ensuring usage policies are followed Cleanse and sanitize office and workstations daily Coordinate with Facilities Services Manager on schedule related tasks Direct project related questions to appropriate internal staff Suggest opportunities for improvements to Facility Services Manager Prepare daily project metrics Ability to transcribe, according to business needs Other projects, as assigned SKILLS Thoughtful communication among all levels, offering clear direction & guidance Curate strong internal relationships, spanning a diverse set of perspectives and methods Maintain continuous knowledge of client and industry clean room standards Assess & prioritize varying objectives and multiple deadlines, delegating as needed Robust project management skills, providing effective solutions to unique challenges Navigate situations effectively with professionalism and ease Proficient on MAC & PC, Microsoft Application Suite and G Suite Ability to type at least 40 WPM preferred REQUIREMENTS : 18+ years of age Availability to work opening shift : 8 : 45 AM to 5 : 00 PM Available to work weekend shift (as needed) : 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm Covid19 Vaccination High School Diploma / GED or equivalent Proficient on MAC & PC, Microsoft Application Suite and G Suite Note : Please be sure to also check your Spam / Junk inbox for responses from our team regarding your application.
