Position SummaryThe Sr. Manager of Field Marketing - Programs is responsible for growth of new channels and specialized marketing programs.

This position will be responsible for the program strategy, planning, managing and execution as it relates to the Brand Partner, Affiliate, Health Professional and Challenge Marketing Programs.

The Sr. Manager will be the responsible product owner and partner with the Tech team to ensure needs of the programs are delivered.

This role will focus on ensuring our program participants and Associates reach desired business outcomes through tools, communications and insights.

The Sr. Manager will engage with Customers, Associates, and stakeholders, identifying, and addressing gaps or areas of improvement, and driving effective marketing methods and processes.

Working closely with multiple departments such as Field Development, Marketing, IT, International and Customer Care, this individual is expected to provide leadership and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for business development, ecommerce growth and global online marketing and acquisition.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

Lead performance-based growth marketing programs geared toward Affilates, Brand Partners, and Health Professionals to drive new customer acquisition and channel growth.

Manage the creation and execution of 12+ month marketing plans to grow program channels and be able to accurately report on the performance.

Collaborate and define requirements with IT teams on integration and new feature development across various tech platforms.

Manage all Brand Partner, Affilate, Health Professional and Challenge Marketing touch points including varied audience email communications, websites, business support tools, mobile applications, etc.

Own and manage the programs budget, including forecasting, opportunity sizing, and international market priorities and present regular recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders for addressing key issues.

Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align with existing promotional calendar, as well as development of channel-specific creative and promotions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and BI team to understand incrementality of referral channels and adapt strategy to maximize impact of marketing investment.

Collaborate with Field Marketing team to communicate effectively about the available programs and the benefits and alignment with the existing business.

Continuously generate new ideas and how to strengthen the program experience.

Develop new acquisition marketing strategies & funnels for our growing product offerings.

Perform Associate and Customer journey assessments, identify opportunities, and engage in creating strategies focused in enhancing the program experience.

Generate and analyze metrics to identify trends and themes, optimize program strategy and content, and prepare reports monthly.

Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Customer-oriented and hyper-analytical, with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit.

Both a strong strategic thinker, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data / insights into strong marketing strategies, and a highly organized "doer," with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action.

5 years of experience in affiliate, performance partnership and / or customer referral program in marketing, network marketing, franchising or DTC related role.

Ability to direct meetings and present to C-level suite.

Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project.

The office environment requires the use of standard office equipment and personal computers.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing and optimizing DTC campaigns, with deep knowledge of digital, offline, and organic marketing channels as they pertain to Affilates and Health Professionals.

Experience in growth-stage ecommerce company highly preferred.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Commission Junction and wordpress.
