Our 13-member cardiology team, comprised of 10 physicians and four advanced practice providers, is known for being the preferred group for cardiac services in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.

Clinic onsite with five state-of-the-art cath labs Call 1 : 4 / 5 Academic appointment and teaching available with University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford Quick access to Chicago, Madison, and Milwaukee with low small-town cost of living Participation in the growth and development of new procedures and cardiac treatments, including CardioMEMS and Watchman, with plans to expand into TAVR.
