Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager at Seoul Semiconductor. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Seoul Semiconductor's LED products in the automotive, general illumination, specialty lighting, and backlighting markets.

The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing advertising and promotional activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing market trends.

Operating at the forefront of marketing leadership, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

We prefer candidates that are in close proximity of our offices, which are : San Jose, California, Detroit, Michigan, or Columbia, SC.

Responsibilites :

  • Leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Managing and overseeing all aspects of marketing operations, including branding, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and events for new and all product promotion.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Developing and managing marketing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track marketing performance and ROI, and optimizing marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Maintaining and supporting all exhibition supports, attending awards at exhibitions, and searching for events and trade shows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the marketing industry or related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
