We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team!
Responsibilities :
- Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Material lists, manpower supervision, subcontractors meetings, etc
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in plumbing new construction, multi family preferred
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to use Procore preferred
- Ability to use or learn to use SiteAudit Pro
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Colorado Plumbing License
- A positive attitude
- A strong desire to do quality work
- This is mostly a management position*
