Hourly Pay Rate : W2 $42-$48 1099 : $55-$61
Occupational Therapist Job Duties :
Provides Occupational Therapy services to residents by assisting in the assessment and treatment, development and implementation of programs,
and related professional in-services.
- Conducts individual, supervised and group treatment as assigned by the Occupational Therapist and as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Monitors resident's response to intervention and consults with Occupational Therapist if modification is indicated.
- Adheres to department and resident schedule and modifies as appropriate for treatment regimen.
- Maintains acceptable resident care rations as determined by the Occupational Therapist.
Occupational Therapists employed by Flagstar Rehab will receive :

Occupational Therapist Requirements :
- Current NYS OT License and Registration
- EMR Competence
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
- Malpractice / Liability Insurance (if applicable)
