Days : Mon, Tues, Thurs

Time : 9 AM 5 PM

Call Coverage :

Mon, Wed, and 2 weekends / month

Weekend call : Friday (7 AM) Monday (7 AM)

Low callback volume expected

Duties : OB / GYN patient care, including clinic, inpatient, outpatient, emergency room, surgery, and call coverage.

Job Requirements

Board Certification : Required (ABOG)

Licenses & Certifications :

Active Utah license or IMLC with LOQ

DEA (must retain during assignment)

BLS

CSR

Experience : Must be comfortable with EPIC EMR.

Compensation

Hourly Rate : Up to $280

On Call (Daily) : Up to $2,000 (includes 4 gratis hours)

Call Back Hourly : $280

Additional Details

Credentialing Timeframe : days post-application.

Required EMR Training :

Complete modules before attending virtual training.

Virtual training is only available Mon Fri.

Setting : 220 beds

Average Patients : / day in the clinic; locums typically see up to 15 / day.
