Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented female Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience with AS400 and SAP systems.

While prior experience as an Office Clerk is preferred, we appreciate candidates who demonstrate relevant office skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and mail.
  • Support office staff and executives with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Utilize AS400 and SAP systems for data entry and reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for inventory management and order processing.
  • Assist in occasional warehouse tasks such as inventory counting and packaging.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience as an Office Clerk is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AS400 and SAP systems is desired; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Working Conditions :

  • This position involves approximately 80% office-based tasks and 20% warehouse-related activities.
  • Comfortable office environment with occasional exposure to warehouse conditions (e.g., noise, moderate physical activity).
