Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Experience working in Application Development, support, maintenance and analysis in Core Java, J2EE, any RDBMS (Oracle / Sybase / DB2 / SQL Server / Postgresql).
- Hands-On Development and analysis skills are mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Technical Lead role.
- At least 5 years of experience in Java & Database ( Sybase ASE or SQL Server)
- At least 5 years of experience in frontend technologies ( ReactJS, Angular )
- At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.
- At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- At least 2 years of experience in project scoping, estimation and scheduling
- At least 2 years of experience in Java Microservices development
- Knowledge of architectural frameworks and design principals
- Basic domain knowledge in Capital Markets and Finance
- Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
