As a Data Entry andFacilities Maintenance Specialist at UNITED WINDOW & DOOR yourmain responsibility will be to maintain the accuracy and integrityof customer and account information through efficient data entry.
In addition you will also assist in coordinating facilities andfurnishings maintenance ensuring a clean safe and wellrepairedenvironment for our organization.

Responsibilities :
Enternew and updated customer and account information into thedatabase
Compile and sort information to preparesource data for computer entry
Establish entrypriorities to ensure efficient data processing
Review data for deficiencies and resolve them using standardprocedures
Input alphabetic and numericinformation according to screen format
Maintaindata entry requirements by following data program techniques andprocedures
Verify entered data by reviewingcorrecting deleting or reentering information
Combine data from multiple systems when account information isincomplete
Purge files to eliminate duplicationof data
Test system changes and upgrades byentering new data
Secure information bycompleting database backups
Follow organizationspolicies and procedures reporting any neededchanges
Maintain customer confidence by keepinginformation confidential
Contribute to teameffort by accomplishing related results asneeded
