Your tasks
- Drawing the electrical schematic sets and wiring documents according to DIN EN 15380 with the E3 program
- Conceptual design and layout of cable routes, separation points and connector concepts
- Close collaboration with other disciplines (electrical installation planning, electrical engineering)
- Preparation and control of production documentation (terminal diagrams, parts lists, wiring tables, wiring harness drawings, bill of materials)
- Maintenance and extension of the E3 article database
- Support the control cabinet pre-assembly and the final assembly on the vehicles
- Change management of production documents
Your profile
- BSEE or Electronic Engineering Technician (EET) degree from an accredited (ABET or similar) institution
- 0-2 (I), 2-5 (II), 5-8 (III), 8-10 (IV) or 10+ (Sr.) years of relevant experience in schematic drawing for control cabinets, rail vehicles, aircraft, or trucks.
- Experience with schematic software ()
- Experience with PLM systems and ECN systems ()
- Experience in electrical / mechanical CAD design () is a plus
- Team player with a high sense of responsibility and initiative
- High degree of social competence, accuracy and adherence to deadlines in an international environment
- Business fluent in English; basic German language skills desirable
- Willingness to travel to Europe for training
