As a Senior Data Analyst at Nsight Health, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving actionable insights that enable us to provide the most value to our patients.

You will also be pivotal in assisting the company in making data-driven decisions to stay ahead of the competition.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. In this role, You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and creating data-driven strategies to drive business decisions.

Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of our business operations, helping us achieve our strategic goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable information that drives improved patient outcomes and strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with specific expertise in the Domo platform.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics and share insights with stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable data models and visualizations.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across various data sources.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and decision-making.

Strategic Planning

• Work closely with the Business Intelligence Manager and senior leaders to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the BI roadmap.

Process Improvement

• Continuously improve the efficiency of data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the Domo platform.
• Provide training and support to junior analysts and other team members on the use of Domo and data analysis best practices.
• Continuously monitor consumption usage within the Domo platform and ensure optimized utilization of credits keeping within budget requirements.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, business analysts, and software engineers, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Clearly communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Data Governance and Documentation

• Establish and enforce data governance best practices surrounding business reporting, dashboards, visualizations, and all data reporting.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation.

Continuous Learning and Innovation

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and data-driven business strategy.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the data analytics team.

Please note that additional duties may be assigned by your manager as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering) preferred.
• Proven experience (5-10+ years) in stat analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Extensive experience with the Domo platform, including dashboard creation, data flow management, and custom scripting.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas).
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data manipulation tools.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools.
• Strong understanding of software security principles and best practices.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations and their implementation in software systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a broad audience and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
• Excellent professionalism is required to effectively interact cross-functionally within the organization
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align data analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
