Requirements :

Responsibilities :

• Follow nursing standards, procedures, and protocols to care for patients.
• Participate in monitoring, managing, and coordinating the delivery of healthcare and providing progress information to the supervisor.
• Document and reassess any significant changes in the patient's condition in compliance with the facility’s policy.
• Ensure the provision of safety and comfort of all patients.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
• Effectively and respectfully work with persons from diverse backgrounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
