Constellation Search Group is hiring : UX Design Manager in San Antonio

Overview Constellation Search Group is seeking a UX Design Manager for a full-time direct hire position. The UX Design Manager leads a team of UX designers focused on creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. This role will oversee the development of the user experience for the public-facing website, account opening, and online and mobile banking platforms. Additionally, the UX Design Manager will participate in work to understand member behaviors and shape visual concepts for new and improved digital experiences that meet business goals.

Base pay range $140,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of UX designers to create digital experiences that are intuitive and accessible.

Oversee the user experience development for the public-facing website, account opening, and banking platforms.

Collaborate to understand member behaviors and shape visual concepts that align with business objectives.

Elevate design quality and deepen member relationships through innovative digital solutions.

Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or Psychology, or comparable experience.

5+ years of experience in UI / UX design with 1+ years in a leadership or people management role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, visual design, and accessibility.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma.

Deep understanding of usability testing, responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards.

UX certification; accessibility certification is a plus.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.

Advanced proficiency using Microsoft products, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Ability to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize objectives.

Experience in regulated industries; such as financial, healthcare, etc., is preferred.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
