Founded by Dr. Matthew Holder and Dr. Henry Hood of the Lee Specialty Clinic, Kramer Davis (KD) Health is a transdisciplinary clinic that is reimagining the healthcare space for persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
The KD model of care includes clinicians from across multiple disciplines providing exemplary care in areas including primary care medicine, psychiatry, dentistry, therapeutic services, and behavioral health.

Responsibilities
The Receptionist will function as the principal coordinator of all discharge processes and appointment scheduling for Kramer Davis Clinic patients and clinicians in multiple arenas.
This role requires knowledge over multiple spaces including :
- Demonstrate a pleasant, attentive, and caring attitude e.g., with facial expressions, tone of voice, body language, responsiveness to patient and family requests, needs, etc.
- Facilitate the scheduling of in-house patient appointments with clinicians, to include the coordinating of multiple, transdisciplinary appointments on a single day
- Schedule internal referrals, in-house diagnostic appointments and procedures
- Function as a liaison with patients, caregivers, and / or guardians if problems arise
- Collect payments as indicated
Requirements
- 2 year’s front desk reception experience, preferably in a multidisciplinary office setting-Medical / Dental software experience
- Experience with patients with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
