We are DAS Technology Group; specialized recruiters in the RF / Microwave & Defense / Space Industry. We are hiring an Eastern Regional Sales Manager on behalf of our client who offers high-performance, high-reliability semiconductor solutions.
They have a wide range of products and package solutions, they cater to civil aerospace, industrial, medical, military, scientific and space applications.
- This is a remote position, ideally looking for a candidate based in the Orlando, FL area. There will be approximately 40% travel outside of Florida covering the East Coast up through Boston, MA.
- Relocation Assistance is available. Compensation is comprised of base salary plus commission based sales goals and can exceed $200K / yr.
They are looking to hire an Eastern Regional Sales Manager with the following experience : Five plus years of sales experience with a semiconductor organization.
Familiarity in RF Semiconductors, Power Semiconductors. Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills. Experience with semiconductor sales in the aerospace and defense industry Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groups. Experience managing large territories and diverse product offerings.
Coaching / mentoring experience with less senior sales staff. A demonstrable capacity to keep abreast of new technology trends, association needs and possible application to real world projects.
