This is traditional, Edomae-style cuisine at the highest level.
This position is full-time.
Requirements :
- Minimum of two years in a fast-paced restaurant
- Knowledge and interest in Japanese culture and cuisine
- Knife skills
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to speak English
Compensation based on prior experience level. Hourly plus service charge and gratuity.
We pay at the top levels of the Seattle Market.
