Due to federal government requirements to obtain a security clearance US citizenship is required Position Overview : The SharePoint Developer (Secret Clearance Required) will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint solutions for our government clients.

This role requires strong technical skills in SharePoint development, as well as the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality SharePoint solutions that meet security requirements and drive mission success.

Key Responsibilities : SharePoint Solution Development : Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts to meet client requirements.

Implement advanced SharePoint functionalities, such as document management, content types, metadata, and search. Integration and Collaboration : Integrate SharePoint with other systems and platforms, including Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and third-party applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability between SharePoint and other systems.

Security and Compliance : Ensure compliance with government security requirements and standards, including obtaining and maintaining a Secret Clearance.

Implement security features and configurations to protect sensitive data and ensure data integrity. Technical Expertise : Utilize .

NET, SQL, C#, and other programming languages and technologies to extend SharePoint functionality and integrate with external systems.

Stay updated on the latest SharePoint development trends, tools, and best practices. Documentation and Training : Create technical documentation, including design documents, code repositories, and deployment guides.

Provide training and support to end users and administrators on SharePoint usage and best practices. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.5+ years of experience in SharePoint development, customization, and integration.

Proficiency in .NET, SQL, C#, JavaScript, HTML / CSS, and other relevant programming languages and technologies.Microsoft 365 certifications (e.

g., Microsoft 365 Certified : Developer Associate) preferred.Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
