Check us out at : https : / / www.woodgrain.com / We are looking for an Forklift Operator What we bring to you : $18.00 per hour, plus quarterly incentives bonuses depending on company profitability Woodgrain pays 75% of medical, dental and vision insurance 401k matching 2 weeks PTO, 8 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday Perks such as tuition reimbursement and large discounts off Woodgrain products What our Forklift Operator does : Quality assurance check point : make sure material picked by other team members is in good shape physically Safety : make sure pallets are stacked appropriately with good structure Add shipping material to pallets to keep material safe from rain / water / moisture.

Band pallet within proper tolerances to ensure the load does not shift or roll or break. Ability to move material / long length pallets with forklift to staging area.

Keep up with order pickers so the staging / banding area is not a bottle neck. Clean staging area and aisles. Support supervisors and co-workers to keep facility clean and organized.

What you need to have : High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Ability to learn quickly and work as a team Woodgrain is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
