Digital Marketing Director
- Manage Qualys's paid advertising campaigns in search engines and social media platforms
- Convert Qualys value propositions to different audiences into highly converting ad concepts
- Improve and maintain a coherent paid advertising strategy that keeps a balance between experimental and battle-tested campaigns
- Budget planning, campaign creation and optimization across digital marketing channels : Google ads, Paid Social, Video ads, App review platforms
- Identify channels for and improve campaign performance by optimizing campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI and running A / B tests
Who We Are Looking For
- 15+ years of experience with Meta, Google and Microsoft advertising tools, programmatic advertising
- Ability to write high-quality content for awareness and acquisition ads
- Data-centric approach to work : you optimize campaigns based on numbers and facts.
- Willingness to research and learn new advertising tools
- Result-driven and resilient with a proven track record in performance marketing
- Analytical and data-driven marketer capable of building performance marketing analytics and metrics
- Understanding of the latest AdTech industry trends and best practices in performance marketing
- Great communication and knowledge transfer skills
- Adventurous attitude : at its core, Qualys is a fast-moving organization. Plans and focus might change from time to time

Annual Salary Guidelines : $145,000 - $165,000
