Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel Echo Technologist for an exciting 13-week assignment in Bloomington, IL.
This opportunity allows you to work in a dynamic healthcare enviment while enjoying all that Bloomington has to offer.
Position Overview :
- Location : Bloomington, IL
- Assignment Duration : 13 weeks
- Shift : Full-time, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities :
- Perform echocardiograms on patients to assess cardiac function and structure.
- Work closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Prepare and position patients for echo procedures, explaining procedures to alleviate concerns.
- Document and report findings in a timely and accurate manner.
- Adhere to safety and infection control policies to ensure patient safety.
Requirements :
- Active Illinois state license.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Echo Tech.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Stg communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous travel experience is preferred but not required
