Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for :
- Managing an entire team
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, scheduling , soliciting pricing, pushing change orders, purchasing, preconstruction, etc.
- Field work as needed
- Overseeing all phases of projects, including procurement, construction, and closeout, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinating and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients

The Successful Applicant
The right Project Manager has the following qualifications :
- Mid-level career PM
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 5+ years of Project Manager experience with a commercial GC
- Self motivated, able to move with urgency
- Willing to roll up their sleeves, work with the supers in the field if needed
- Reporting to Head of Operations
- MUST have scheduling experience
