Summary

This hybrid Operations / Client Services team member will serve as a key role in successfully managing assigned client work from data intake through delivery.

They will achieve success by using the best combination of operational and consultative knowledge in building client relationships and ensuring client success.

Successful candidates must have team leadership skills and a background in E-Discovery to effectively manage multiple requests, utilize various resources, and ensure positive client results in a fast-paced environment.

Principal Job Responsibilities :

  • Work as the single point of contact on daily requests from multiple parties on various matters and escalate to the Project Manager(s) as necessary.
  • Draft processing work requests for requests such as processing, promotions, third party loads, etc. and carry out tasks from start to finish.
  • Obtain, examine, and prepare client data for processing
  • Process data through Relativity Processing application and be able to quality check work troubleshoot and resolve processing errors.
  • Promote data using Relativity Integration points / Load Data with Import / Export application
  • Work with internal Technology Teams to troubleshoot and routine support of Relativity Processing and other related loading requests.
  • Utilize downtime to assist CS (Client Services) department in routine client requests.
  • Interpret client needs and instructions to pass directives accurately and efficiently to other operational groups and provide consultation to client when appropriate
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues with delivered or hosted data
  • Monitor and report on the progress of client projects through the multiple departments at Epiq and with client directly.
  • Work collaboratively with client services team and operations management to ensure client requests are handled in a timely manner
  • Ability to provide consultative advice to client for processing, loading, productions processed, etc.
  • Assists Client Services Manager in evaluating team bandwidth and delegation of tasks internally
  • Establish a feedback loop to gather real-time client input, facilitating continuous improvement of product functionality and utility

Job Requirements :

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or client services setting with a E Discovery vendor or Law Firm or corporation (E Discovery / related dept)
  • Ability to use Relativity independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time / workload
  • A strong technical orientation, excellent computer skills, exceptional planning and organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail are all required
  • Outstanding communication skills are required. Our clients are project managers at law firms and lawyers. Successful candidates will possess an understanding of the legal services industry coupled with a strong ability to communicate effectively with lawyers / PMs on the law firm side.

  • Demonstrated success in the management of multiple simultaneous projects
  • Willing to learn latest applications, including Relativity enhancements

Desired Qualifications and Skills :

  • High technical aptitude with database programs, text editors and review platforms
  • Proficient knowledge of Relativity Processing
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Relativity including, but not limited to : Fields, Choices, Views, Layouts, RDC (Relativity Desktop Client) Import / Export, Searching, STRs (Search Term Report), and Imaging / OCR Sets, analytics.
  • RCA / Analytics / Processing certifications preferred
  • Highly organized and able to monitor and effectively record progress of multiple processes
  • Availability to work extended hours as needed when client project loads increase
  • Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent follow through, professional communication, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work well in a team-based environment

Work Conditions :

Available to work on-call periodically through the week and occasional weekends

Candidates based in California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York or Washington :

The Compensation range for this role is 79,932.60 - 159,865.20 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
