Position : Bilingual Patient Administrator

Requirements :

• Fluency in Spanish and English : Must be bilingual. If you can switch from English to Spanish in the blink of an eye, we need you!
• COVID-19 Vaccination : Proof of vaccination required. Safety first!
• Weekend Availability : Must be available to work weekends. Your weekend plans just got more exciting!

Responsibilities :

• Greet everyone like they're your best friend guests, patients, clients, and staff alike.
• Guide our guests through the intake and discharge processes with a smile.
• Scan QR codes on badges and keep an eye out for any red flags report anything suspicious to HERRC or DocGo Supervisor pronto.
• Register guests into our systems with the efficiency of a pro.
• Direct guests to the right resources and be their personal GPS when needed.
• Distribute meals and essentials because everyone loves a good meal and clean supplies.
• Clean up after meals and keep leftover food organized no snack left behind!
• Organize mail like a pro and distribute it with flair.
• Assist with appointments and make sure guests are on time and in the right place.
• Schedule travel and relocation arrangements like a travel agent, minus the tropical destinations.
• Use supplies wisely waste not, want not.
• Maintain confidentiality like a vault because trust is key.
• Create a positive work environment we’re all in this together!
• Take on additional duties because you’re a superstar!

Compensation : $22 per hour

Shift Days and Times :

• The project operates 7 days a week.
• Shifts are as follows :
• 6 : 30 AM 3 : 00 PM
• 2 : 30 PM 11 : 00 PM
• 10 : 30 PM 7 : 00 AM

Dress Code :

All-black attire (no large logos). Keep it sleek and simple!

Orientation :

A virtual orientation is required before starting. It will run from 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM. Please ensure you're using a computer or laptop phones are a no-go for this session.
