Job Title : Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Job Type : Full-Time
Job Summary :
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
The LVN will assist in patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide basic nursing care, including dressing changes, wound care, and administering injections.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient care accurately in medical records.
- Ensure patient comfort and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
Qualifications :
- Current LVN license.
- CPR / BLS certification required.
- 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
