JobDescription :
As a Help DeskAnalyst you will be the first point of contact for endusers seekingtechnical assistance. You will provide support troubleshoottechnical issues and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
Your role is critical in maintaining the efficiency of our ITservices and enhancing user satisfaction.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Respond to IT support requests via phone emailor inperson in a timely and professionalmanner.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardwareand software issues escalating complex problems to higherlevelsupport when necessary.
- Provide guidance andtraining to endusers on the use of IT systems andapplications.
- Track and document all supportrequests and resolutions in the help desk ticketingsystem.
- Install configure and maintain desktopand laptop computers peripherals andsoftware.
- Assist with the setup and deploymentof new hardware and software.
- Perform routinemaintenance and updates on ITsystems.
- Collaborate with other IT team membersto improve support processes andefficiency.
- Participate in IT projects andinitiatives as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Information TechnologyComputer Science or a related field.
- Proven 2years of experience as a Help Desk Analyst IT Support Specialist orin a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computerhardware software and networkingsystems.
- Proficiency in operating systems (e.g.Windows macOS) and office productivitysoftware.
- Excellent problemsolving andtroubleshooting skills.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitmentto providing excellent service.
- Relevantcertifications (e.g. CompTIA A HDI) are aplus.
