MGBMG provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, behavioral and mental health, specialty care, outpatient surgery, endoscopy, imaging, lab services, infusion, and urgent care both digitally and in person in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Hours / Location
Full-Time, 40 hours, Monday through Friday days located at 541 Main Street in South Weymouth, MA.
Why This Role Is Important
The executive assistant will be responsible directly supporting the Executive Director of Operations and three other leaders in the South Region of Mass General Brigham Medical Group.
This position will ensure effective and efficient day-to-day functioning of this team. This position requires a strong person, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a variety of stakeholders from across the System.
This role will be responsible for calendar / meeting management, event coordination, project management and assisting in document creation and editing.
This position requires excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Associates degree or related experience required.
- Must have a minimum of five years of administrative experience involving complex calendar management and the support of senior management.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a sense of responsibility for one’s work, . proactive in identifying issues, prepared to address concerns / questions, makes recommendations for solutions.
- Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, organize and prioritize work
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, providing accurate and reliable information to constituents
- Must be proficient in Microsoft, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and other office software.
