About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Job Specialty : Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 08 : 30 AM - 04 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : Must have 1 year of professional SNF experience License : Required license for Physical Therapist Assistant Certifications : Relevant certifications required Must-Have : Reliable and professional demeanor Job Description : Provide skilled physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients in a skilled nursing facility.- Document patient progress and response to treatments accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.- Follow established policies and procedures for patient care.
- Adhere to regulatory compliance and maintain patient confidentiality.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
