Schedule : 8am - 5pm
Pay rate : $20 - $24 / hr. (Depending on experience)
Responsibilities :
- Provide sales administrative, customer service, and general branch support, including answering inbound calls and greeting guests.
- Perform data entry of sales orders, reports, and purchase orders, and distribute pick tickets and orders.
- Manage consignment accounts, handle branch freight claims, and track warehouse lamination and cut requests.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain daily inventory cycle counts.
- Assist with AR / AP, including processing RMA's and issuing credit memos.
- Coordinate branch supplies, IT assistance, and help with planning company events and booking travel for the branch manager.
- Oversee branch manager accounts during absences and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, with experience in or ability to learn Sage X3 ERP system.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Bilingual in English / Spanish.
