We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is an expert in Python Development to join an early stage startup in accelerated growth mode.

What is the job?

We need a Senior Software Engineer who is an expert in Python who can join our team to advance our engineering systems in a number of different capacities.

First and foremost we need someone who can incrementally advance our systems over time while maintaining the current capabilities.

You will be responsible for designing, coding, updating, and implementing solutions.

The core systems you will work on involve complex back-end data processing and automation.. It is imperative you have a strong understanding of Data and are capable of implementing robust data and pipeline automation solutions to improve efficiency.

While the majority of your work will focus on the back-end, there will be front-end aspects of the role as well. This includes advancements to our UI creating a seamless end user experience.

We are a small team and we are growing at a rapid pace. It is important to advance our engineering processes and tooling to provide the capabilities necessary to handle the evolution of our business.

What skill-set is required to be successful?

• You are Senior level software engineer who brings 7+ years of production level experience
• Expertise with Python developing back-end solutions and tooling
• Experience developing robust data solutions including pipelining and automation
• 3rd Party API integrations
• REST API development
• Experience in both REST and GraphQL is ideal
• Git for Version Control
• Experience working on front-end in Typescript and React
