James Nolan We are excited to offer the opportunity to be an RV Park District Manager with a growing company. This person will ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction across 6-10 RV parks.
The ideal candidate will possess RV Park management experience and support leadership in new park openings, park sales growth strategy, and future amenities planning.
This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new division for a well-established, successful company that is expanding rapidly and likes to promote from within!
Annual Compensation : $90,000 - $100,000 + group health insurance plan + growth opportunities with a new company!
RV Park Manager Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of RV Park / Resort Management experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time by plane and / or car.
- Basic financial acumen with the ability to gather and report information
- Facilities Management and General Maintenance experience
- Retail Management experience (preferred)
- Ability to hire "A" players, supervise staff, and manage a team
- Hospitality-minded strong leadership
