Job Title : Software Application Developer- W2 Only
Duration- 12+ Months
Location : Greenville, SC; Coppell, TX; Houston, TX; Tempe, AZ; Greenwood Village, CO- Hybrid
Summary :
This position offers the opportunity to work on NewRez’s servicing system of record, Servicing Director. This proprietary system is used to service over 3.
5 million loans for one of the nation’s largest servicers. As a developer you will be directly responsible for creating new features, making enhancements and performance improvements, as well as troubleshooting and fixing any issues / bugs.
Job Duties :
- Create and modify complex SQL stored procedures used for critical financial calculations.
- Enhance and / or modify existing windows applications developed in VC++ / MFC
- Create / modify reports in Crystal Reports
- Create or modify imports and exports used to interface with third party vendors
- Closely interact with Business Analysts to flush out details of requirements and assess the best solution.
- Unit test all changes
- Provide assistance to QA
- Participate in code reviews of other developer’s work
Qualifications / Skills :
The ideal candidate is experienced with Visual C++ and Microsoft SQL (T-SQL) and exposure to VB, VB Script, and Crystal Reports is preferred.
Experience or knowledge of mortgage servicing is preferred.
