Escalante Golf is looking to add a Graphic Designer to its Home Office team in Fort Worth, Texas, with a hybrid skill set that fits between robust production skills and conceptual design chops.

In this role, your personality will play a big role in enriching the culture of Remarkable Stewardship that drives our Home Office.

You will pair your appreciation for business speed with the consistency, accuracy, and professionalism you apply to your craft.

You can operate with character and courage, while building your track record of solving through design and stewardship of company assets and goals.

Specifically, you will have the opportunity to steward and own the execution of compelling designs across all clubs communications and customer touch points, both physical and digital, public and member-facing, adhering to and elevating visual brand guidelines and standards across the company.

This is a unique opportunity for you to work with a company that owns and operates 24 distinct golf clubs and resorts, in 15 states, across the United States.

The new designer reports to Escalantes Vice President of Marketing.

Work

  • Understand business goals and provide usable design and production results to contribute to their success.
  • Work with integrity and understanding in a dynamic, professional working environment
  • Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and style guidelines for consistent branding across various platforms
  • Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure accurate production and timely delivery of printed materials
  • Create visually stunning designs for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, banners, signage, social media graphics, website assets, and email templates
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and best practices, and apply them to enhance the company's visual presence

Day-to-day Deliverables :

  • Club Member Programming : setting the direction for, or actually designing, graphics, flyers, and other materials for the promotion of Club events to Members
  • Monthly Club Newsletters : editing each Clubs monthly newsletter, maintaining quality and consistency in design and layout across all clubs
  • Print Advertising : designing direct mail pieces and print advertising; assisting marketing team in production & fulfillment as requested
  • Signage & Collateral : designing all signs, banners, brochures, and other club collateral for use on-premise or at off-site events;

  • Club Food & Beverage Menus : working with the Food & Beverage Director and Club teams to fulfill requests for updated, consistent, and visually appealing menus for all Food & Beverage outlets
  • Social media graphics : setting the direction for, or actually designing, graphics for use across all Clubs social media channels
  • Escalante Brand : working with other internal key stakeholders to produce best-in-class materials for the Escalante brand
  • Assist in enforcement of Club visual brand standards

Preferred Skills & Experience :

  • Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva
  • Knowledgeable in PowerPoint or Keynote
  • BFA in Fine Art, Graphic Design or equivalent field with 3-4 years of experience in creative agencies or in-house marketing teams, experience in hospitality preferred
  • Strong sense of design principles, including color, layout, and ability to create visually solid messaging
  • Conviction in design choices while remaining flexible, willing to digest feedback and build consensus on all projects
  • Comfortable doing both highly inventive conceptual work and high-output production work, both with great attention to detail
  • Ability to design within established brand standards and visual identity
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and excel in a fast-paced work environment
  • Navigate working with multiple stakeholders on projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing printing & production is preferred
