On-Site Community Sales Manager Valor Communities, an Industry-leading
company with nearly 25 locations in northern Alabama with ready inventory
homes for sale, seeks energetic, optimistic, solutions-oriented teachable sales
professionals for an exciting career in the home-building industry. The "best of
the best" have an earning potential over $250,000 annually.
Requirements & Skills :
Sales Experience, recently demonstrated success in Retail, Apartment
Leasing, Hospitality or New Home Sales.
Self-motivated and coachable with an enthusiasm to learn and be
trained.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to follow a proven sales
path, manage objections and ask for the Sale.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Good listening skills, integrity, and a strong work ethic
- Meticulous writing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
and ability to use a CRM daily.
- Willingness to work weekends.
- Prospects for new customers through self-marketing efforts such as
networking, procuring referrals, building relationships with Realtors
and Brokers, etc. Promotes the company brand and products at every
opportunity.
Provides follow-up with all customers and Realtors who visit
community or otherwise express an interest in our product.
Current (State) Real Estate license or willingness to obtain license
within 60 to 90 days
Be available for Grand Openings, Sales Events and host Realtor and
Client Outreach. On-Site Community Sales Manager
