JOB DESCRIPTION :
ANSER is seeking a Senior Personnel Specialist to provide Executive Support for the Special Operations Policy Oversight Committee for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (OASD) Special Operations Low-Intensity Conflict (SO / LIC).
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
- 5 years of experience with federal civilian human resource management at the OSD Service or installation level
- 2 or more years drafting or classifying federal civilian position descriptions
- 5 years of experience with preparation of written products for senior leaders (general officer / flag officer / senior executive service level / installation commanders) in a federal civilian resource management advisory capacity
- Expert level technical knowledge of and experience with DoD or other federal civilian hiring processes
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree preferred
