Job Summary
We are seeking a Psychiatric Social Worker to join our inpatient psychiatry team. The ideal candidate will conduct assessments, develop care plans, provide therapy, and assist with discharge planning for patients with acute psychiatric needs.
This role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes for patients.
The Psychiatric Social Worker will also provide education to patients and families and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Active LCSW required
- Two years clinical experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting
