We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team, a leading tire assembly business.
Location : Houston, Texas or Fort Worth, Texas
Full Time - Temp to Hire
In this role the Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards and specifications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, work in progress, and finished products.
- Record and analyze inspection and test data.
- Identify and report non-conforming products and materials.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
