Case #1 - Hudson, Iowa :

PRN, Saturdays - 0700-1700 (10)

Full-time, e / o Su 2100-0730 (10.5), Tu 2100-0730 (10.5), Fr 2100-0700 (10), Sa 2100-0900 (12)

(Would like if SN can stay until 0745 during school year and 0900 during summer)

Cares to include :

Tube feeding, trach, vent VP shunt

Case #2 - Cedar Falls, Iowa :

NIGHTS : Mo 1600-0000 (8), Tu 1600-0000 (8), We 1600-0000 (8), Th 1600-0000 (8)& Fr 1600-0000 (8)

Fridays 0600-1600

Sat & Sun 1900-0300

Sat & Sun 8 hrs flexible between 0300-1900

Cares to include :

Tube feeding, trach, seizures, CPAP / BIPAP-Vent

Pay Rate : LPNs : $27 - $32

RNs : $29 - $35

Paid weekly

$2 shift differential hours between 7pm and 7am

Universal Pediatrics and Family First Homecare (FFHC) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, in-home nursing care to pediatric patients. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing services, adhering strictly to Family First Homecare policies, state Nurse Practice Acts, and all applicable State and Federal regulations.
