Description

SAIC is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Civilian Business Group. The HRBP will work with leaders to develop and deploy innovative talent solutions to enable our enterprise growth strategy.

This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources of the Civilian Business Group. This position is remote, but candidate must be local to the DMV.

Responsibilities include :

  • Proactively assess organizational performance to develop talent solutions that enable business strategies and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders. Act as a coach and consultant on key organizational and management challenges.
  • Partner with the HR Centers of Expertise to design and implement programs in the areas of strategic talent management, organizational design and effectiveness, workforce optimization and change management.
  • Leverage workforce analytics and insights to effectively inform business strategies that support short and long-term workforce priorities and goals.
  • Partner with business leadership to inform and advocate for talent development, total rewards, and retention programs and strategies in support of business needs
  • Provide consultation to management on human resources-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent.
  • Partner with other enablement functions on new business and re-competes, talent forecasting, and business optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited university.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources with diverse experiences and increasing responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders within the organization.
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Target salary range : $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
