The Everett Clinic (part of Optum) is adding a Clinical Psychologist to grow our team of mental health counselors. Our Behavioral health team is supported by a skilled team of dedicated case managers, patient service representatives and Psychiatrist.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population
• Develop and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems.

Involves patient and / or family in treatment planning as appropriate

• Conduct individual, family or group therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines
• Option to develop and provide time-limited psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groups
• Conducting telephone screening for patients in crises. Provide On-Call coverage on rotating basis
• Providing a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment plan coordinating with other medical staff
• As part of a multispecialty group you will have integrated support with more than 40 specialties such as psychiatry, primary care and comprehensive pain center

Required Qualifications :

• Fully licensed PhD or PsyD in Washington State by time of hire
• Individual Therapy experience in an outpatient setting
• Training and experience in brief therapy
• Ability to diagnose and treat patients

Washington Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $88, to $, annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
